Nelson Commercial Properties Begins Construction on New Project

The Greens Road Business Center is projected to be completed in late 2014

HOUSTON – July 31, 2014 – Nelson Commercial Properties, a company with expertise in the development and acquisition of commercial and industrial real estate, recently announced the start of construction for its Greens Road Business Center project. The development will be comprised of four office/warehouse buildings totaling 56,000 square feet on approximately 6 acres near the southwest corner of Highway 59 and Greens Road.
